The past few weeks have been a period of such transformation for me.
After just two weeks of working with @wholehealthwithemma and making positive changes to my daily schedule, my nutrition, my activity, my sleep and my life in general, I honestly feel like I have a new lease on life.
Thank you Emma for helping me understand the steps I need to take to keep my body and mind healthy and happy.
Ugh. I just feel so much relief.
I already feel like I have so much more time and energy to put towards the pray4kates blog too so stay tuned for more frequent new posts!
