Ok, so there are no pictures to help you envision this dish…but that just leaves it open to interpretation which is way more fun, in my humble opinion. UPDATE: I found some images of this dish in action so you can put your imagination away for now. This recipe is brought to you by the talented chef (and energy drink enthusiast) Liam McKay. He’s done the hard work in putting this recipe together, so you (and I) don’t have to. So, without further ado, here is a delicious (and very easy to make) rendition of a fantastic dish…Korean marinated grilled beef, a.k.a. bulgogi. It takes just 10 ingredients and 4 easy steps! Enjoy…

Ad and I visited this cafe a little while ago now when it first opened up. We’d seen it under construction. We’d felt the anticipation of a new weekend breakfast spot every time we walked past. We couldn’t not eat there when it opened its doors. Here’s what we thought of this sweet little cafe in the heart of Sutherland…

Now, before we get into this, full disclosure: Ad cooked all of these meals, as he does every meal we eat. He’s a fantastic cook and I am so very lucky. The one drawback is that I have to do the dishes afterwards and he makes seven hells of a mess. Oh well, it’s a price worth paying for delicious food.

Look at your dinner. Now look at this salad. Back to your dinner. Now back to this salad. I’m not sure what you’re eating but I can tell you now that this salad is preeeeety delicious.
I’d be a shitty human being if I didn’t share this marvelous creation with all of you, so here’s the recipe. Enjoy!
