I enjoy writing about things that happen in my life, telling weird and wonderful stories to make people laugh (or so they tell me). Observational humour, some might call it.

This blog is basically a way for me to write about whatever I desire, whenever I desire. I guess it will be a mix of a lot of things that make absolutely no sense together. Kind of like my life, really.

There will be book reviews, game reviews (board games, card games and more), recipes, fictional short stories written by yours truly, honest-to-goodness tales from my real life experiences, tv and film reviews, the list goes on…

So if you’re down for that, join me as I fumble my way through a blog that has zero direction as I have little to no idea what I’m doing. It’s going to be a blast!

Oh, and a few people have asked me about the origin of the name of this blog. It’s basically a hashtag-based meme that some work colleagues came up with as a serenade to my continual failings at trying to be a self-sufficient, fully-functioning adult. I’m plagued with awkwardness, anxiousness and an uncanny ability to embarrass myself constantly – but as long as I can laugh about it with good friends, I’m not complaining. Just remember to always #pray4kates
